Patricia L. Vannoy is an experienced labor arbitrator and mediator based in the Denver metro area. She is committed to providing an efficient, fair, and well-reasoned process tailored to the needs of the parties who trust her with their disputes.

After advocating on behalf of both employers and employees in negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and litigation, Arbitrator Vannoy was appointed to serve as a Commissioner of the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations. In this capacity, she served as a neutral arbitrator of public sector labor disputes across Nebraska from 2018 to 2024.

Although Vannoy ADR LLC was founded in 2025, Arbitrator Vannoy’s service as a neutral began a decade earlier, when she joined the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) roster of arbitrators in 2015. Since 2023, Arbitrator Vannoy has been honored to serve on the FINRA National Arbitration and Mediation Committee (NAMC), which advises FINRA Dispute Resolution on all aspects of its arbitration and mediation forums. This has given her a unique perspective on the way arbitration should work and how she can make the process better for all involved.

Arbitrator Vannoy offers her services through the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) and FINRA rosters, and is available for direct appointment by agreement of the parties. She has experience with grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and labor and employment disputes of all types. She has developed a particular interest in interest arbitration and issues related to employee benefit plans.

Patti lives in the Boulder area with her husband and two children. She enjoys travel, planning travel for friends, hiking, reading, baking, and spreadsheets.
